Task 5 Dear Sir, I recently purchased a computer from your store. When I got it home, the computer was unable to connect to any network. So I installed the latest operating system on it and that still did not fix the problem. I attempted to return it o your store. However, your staff refused to accept the return because it had the operating system installed on it. But no reun policy can be found on the receipt, nor has anyone informed me that I cannot return the computer if I have installed an operating system. Additionally, your staff at this store was very rude when refusing the return and refused to let me speak to the store manager.
