薄膜蒸发器 该薄膜蒸发器品牌:VTA ,型号:VD1800-4500-SKR-G。主要有加热系统、蒸发系统、刮膜转子、进料系统、出料系统五部分组成。薄膜蒸发器因使液体形成薄膜而进行蒸发得名,薄膜蒸发器在蒸发过程可以保持在较高真空度条件下进行,由于真空度的提高,与之相应的物料沸点迅速降低,薄膜中的轻组分成为气态蒸发,重组分保持液态排出,从而达到分离的效果。 该商品进口后的用途为回收丙烯酸重组分中的丙烯酸。其工作原理是:原料通过进料系统进入蒸发器内壁,蒸发器的主体为夹套式设计,夹套内部通有加热介质导热油,操作时先要开启加热系统对原料进行加热,加热过程中刮膜转子不断将物料刮成均匀薄膜状,增加物料的传热效率,加热至所需的蒸发温度后,就能使物料轻重组分中的轻组分蒸发出来,轻组分进入分馏塔(分馏塔未进口),而没有被蒸发的重组分从蒸发器底部排出。
