Although using direct quotes may be easier, paraphrasing looks and flows better in your paper. Paraphrased ideas allow you to write a paragraph in your own words, using other people's ideas(as long as you attribute them properly). Direct quotes are nice occasionally to add flavoring, but they tend to disrupt the flow of your writing when used too frequently.”
