案例一 档案记录并揭露了历史真相 1997 年 1 月 8 日 ,一个名叫克里斯托弗。的人,在他所供职的单位——全球最有名的、第二次世界大战的中立国家的瑞士银行值夜班巡视时,无意间在银行大楼一个不太引人注目的地方发现了一堆鼓鼓囊囊的麻袋,里面装的都是要销毁的陈旧的银行表格、账本、文件等。他顺手从麻袋中抽出几本会计簿翻阅,发现里面写有 1939 年、 1942 年两次以公开拍卖方式强制出售属于犹太人财产的不动产等内容。认为这些账本不应当被销毁。于是,他把这些账本秘密地带出了银行大楼,交给了苏黎世以色列文化协会。不久,瑞士银行曾经在第一次世界大战期间保存纳粹黄金的丑闻被披露并迅速见诸报端,引起轩然大波。瑞士这一永久中立国和其最安全、最可靠、最可信赖的金融银行的美誉受到了巨大打击。披露出来的历史材料无可辩驳地说明了二战期间瑞士银行与纳粹密切合作,为德国纳粹洗黑钱,在堆积了千百万犹太人尸骨的及纳粹的、肮脏的金钱上获取利润。他们这样姑息养奸的行径也为德国纳粹的侵略战争起到了推波助澜的作用。如果没有这些记载着“肮脏的交易”的会计档案,恐怕这个历史丑闻就如石沉大海而无人知晓,即使再重新调查,任何人都无从。 【分析思考】 1. 这些差点被销毁的档案为什么能够揭露出瑞士银行二战期间鲜为人知的丑闻?这说明了档案在社会进程中起到了什么样的关键作用? 2. 如果发现珍贵档案,我们应该如何处置?
