Setting some guidelines Every share house is different, but there are some guidelines( 准则) that can help you avoid conflict; *Issue or ask for a receipt (收据) when you pay or collect the rent. *Spread responsibility for bill payment. *Where possible, deal with problems through face-to-face communication.
