In part two (para.3-6), the author gives differences between the mass media and the 1.e…….. media. as Chomsy states that the major function of mass media is to direct or 2.d……. mass audience. while the elite media or agenda-setting media are characterized by its audiences who is mostly 3. p……….people. In the 5th para he probes into the connection between them. The elite media set a 4.f………. whinin which others operate. If you try to break the 5.m………, you’re not going to last long. “That framework works pretty well, and it is understandable that it is just a reflection of obvious power structures. as for division of work beetween the mass media and elite media, it is mass media’s job to divert people with things like sports or sex scandals while the latter foucuses on the 6.s........ stuff. it is the elite media that controls what reaches the 7.p.......
