Last month I took a tour to Beijing which is offered by your travel agency. According to the schedule, a pick-up service at airport is included. However, when I got to Beijing and waited at the airport for a long time, no one showed up to meet me at all, so I had to take a taxi to the hotel on my own. In the hotel, I was told that I could not have my room until 6 pm. As a result, I had to wait in the lobby for 4 hours without even a seat or a cup of tea. What is worse, when I left the hotel, it took me such a long time to check out that I nearly missed my flight. What a terrible hotel! I paid quite a lot to the travel agency for a comfortable tour and expected good services, but I was really disappointed and upset by what I was offered.
