It is true that the employment situation is no longer as optimistic as before. 4. There are many reasons explaining the huge unemployment pressure on college graduates. 5. The main reason is that the supply of graduates is much more than the demand in the market. 6.What is more , the economic development in recent years needs excellent personnel with more than two years’ work experience. 7. Thirdly , many graduates have too high expectations. 8. As a result , they will stay at home waiting for employment with high salary. 9.
