“Eat your breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day!” Why are parents always saying that? Any breakfast is better than no breakfast at all, but try not to have junk food all the time. They are not good for your health. Some kids do not eat breakfast because they sleep too late or because they think it’s a way to stay thin or slim. But skipping breakfast doesn’t help you keep a healthy weight. In fact, someone who skip breakfast tends to eat much more food throughout the day. Kids who eat breakfast do better in schools. They are more likely to take part in all activities, and tend to eat more healthily. So tomorrow morning, don’t run out the door without anything. Start with a healthy breakfast!
