The IOC then appeared doubtful Toronto could build an Olympic park large enough to accommodate 25 of the 28 Olympic events all within a 6 kilometre radius along Toronto's waterfront, without serious traffic congestion. After visiting Toronto the same IOC team was set to travel to Istaubual and Paris to review the remaining two cities on the five - nation short list for hosting, the 2008 Summer Games.
