v 1 .本合同正式文本一式两份,分别以中文和英文书写,两种文 本具有同等效力。若对其解释产生异议,则以中文文本为准。 v 2. 本合同第 19 章列出的附件为本合同不可分割的组成部分。 v 3 .本合同的任何修改和补充,只有在双方授权的代表在书面文 件上签字后才能生效,并成为本合同不可分割的组成部分。 v 4 .本合同将在双方授权代表签字后正式生效。 1.At all times during the performance of the works , the Subcontractor shall provide the Contractor with accurate and complete information with respect to the works already performed, the works in progress, the works scheduled and the events effecting the performance thereof and shall make available to the Contractor all relevant planning and reporting documents. 2.The buyer and the seller agree that no question about the quantity and the quality to the seller from the buyer is regarded as the buyer's full acceptance of the seller's goods within one month after the arrival of the goods at the port of destination. And then the seller is immune from any responsibilities for quality and quantity of the relevant goods later on.
