In China, compared to the listed firms (上市公司) in Main Board Market (主板), the listed firms in Growth Enterprise Market (GEM, 创业板) always exhibit a higher P/E ratio (Price-to-Earning ratio, i.e. the stock price to the earning per share) just because the investors in GEM are so crazy that the higher P/E ratio in GEM is just the result of price bubble.
